Conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) under the Ministry of Finance for clerical cadre posts (now titled Customer Service Associate, CSA).
The 2025–26 cycle is named CRP CSA‑XV.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Age Limit (as on 1 July 2025): 20 to 28 years with applicable age relaxations for SC/ST, OBC, PwBD, Ex‑servicemen, etc.
- Computer Literacy: Required via certificate/diploma/degree or having studied IT/computer in school or college.

- General / OBC / EWS: ₹850 (incl. GST)
- SC / ST / PwBD / ESM / DESM: ₹175 (intimation charge)

Selection Process
- Preliminary Exam: Objective—English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning (1 hour, 100 questions).
- Main Exam: Objective—English, Quant, Reasoning, General/Financial Awareness, and Computer Aptitude (approx. 200 marks, 2h40m).
- Provisional Allotment: Final merit-based allocation based on mains score, bank preferences, vacancies, and state rules. No interview stage.
